Agreement of Service: The purpose of this agreement is to provide a training program which gives the student all the knowledge and experience to help him/her to pass the DMV exam and how to safely maneuver a commercial vehicle. Joining the program doesn't represent a guarantee sine-qua-non to get the CDL License. It is student responsibility to apply knowledge in order to pass the exam.
Key Terms of Agreement: The cost and length of this agreement depends by the student skill to pass the DMV exam. Generally the course is 2 weeks. Student hereby agrees to pay any additional cost for more training if needed to pass the DMV exam. Pick up from the airport is $200 and is included in the fee if student passes the course.
Payments: Student hereby agrees to pay the tuition, before the, service start date. PTDS accepts Credit/Debit and Cash for method of payment. Additional fee of 3% will be charged for using Credit/Debit Cards.
*Verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the student and the School Official.
Rejection: An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.
Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, of executing the enrolment agreement is entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Other Cancellation: An applicant requesting cancellation more than three (3) days after executing the enrolment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to the first day of class is not entitled to a refund.
If you don't join the class before joining date, $150 will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded.
